Marius Pohl is Head of Business Development at Cofinity-X GmbH and an active member of the Catena-X Automotive Network. He began his career in sales at BMW before moving into strategic business development. As Managing Director of the LRP Group, he was responsible for revenue, personnel, and digital transformation, and also launched an academy program to attract and develop skilled workers.
Since 2023, Marius has played a key role in scaling the industrial data ecosystem at Cofinity-X. He is responsible for building strategic partnerships, designing international rollout strategies, and managing publicly funded initiatives in collaboration with industry and government stakeholders. He contributes to several Catena-X committees, including the Dataspace Operations Committee.
Marius is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s “Sustainable Business Strategy” program and is passionate about connecting digitalization, circular economy, and industrial scalability. As a speaker, he focuses on practical perspectives on data spaces, digital twins, and regulatory frameworks, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.
