Diana Belodedov

Diana Belodedov is a Product Owner at the Volkswagen Software Development Center and a designer by heart and education. Over the course of her career, she has worked across industrial, service, and digital product design, with a focus on UX and user research, moving from designer to Product Owner. At Volkswagen, her work has centered on enterprise solutions that power the company’s core business processes, from dealership management to sales pricing. Today, she leads the modernization of these systems and explores how AI can transform them across brands and markets. Her north star: design should make people feel at home, in a product, an experience, or an organization. Alongside her product work, she mentors designers navigating similar career shifts and co leads a cross functional UX community within Volkswagen. At FORM/FUTURE 2026, she’ll speak about why design can no longer stay contained to the design team, especially as AI reshapes who gets to make decisions, and why designers are needed in every room where those decisions happen.
