Keynote Speaker & Panel Speaker
FORM / FUTURE 2026
Anaïs Guillemané Mootoosamy is Strategy General Manager at W Conran Design, the One Show Design Agency. She has spent more than 15 years helping organizations uncover what makes them unique and transform that distinctiveness into sustainable growth. Her work spans destinations, hospitality, mobility, culture, services, and public institutions, including leading the brand strategy for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Passionate about the relationship between culture, identity, and transformation, Anaïs helps organizations build meaningful brands and narratives that connect with people, foster belonging, and create lasting impact. Her work is driven by the belief that branding is not an act of creation but of revelation: uncovering the cultural truths that make an organization unique, translating them into symbols, stories, and rituals, and carrying them into the future in ways that people can recognize, identify with, and rally around.
A regular speaker and lecturer at CELSA — Sorbonne Université and Sciences Po Executive Education, she explores how brands, places, and institutions can harness culture as a strategic advantage. She believes the most powerful global brands are those that remain deeply rooted in their identity while continually finding new ways to resonate with the world.
