Political Colour: Create Your Personal Colour Code

September 12, 2025 12:00 — 13:00 Workshop Space
ICC Berlin

Barbara Glasner

Colour acts immediately — it stirs emotions, shapes perception, and creates identity. For centuries, it has been used to define spaces, objects, and cultures. In her impulse keynote, Barbara Glasner traces the historical, symbolic, and political dimensions of colour — while also connecting them to the charged atmosphere of the ICC.

In the workshop that follows, participants use analogue colour charts to develop their individual Personal Colour Code and explore how colour can become both a strategic and sensorial tool of design. Open in format, the session allows up to 15 participants to work hands-on, while a wider audience can observe, learn, and draw inspiration for their own practice.
