Ann-Christin co-founded »why does robin«, the service design unit of »why do birds«, together with Prof. Daniela Hensel in 2019. She has many years of experience as a consultant and project manager in renowned design agencies. As a lecturer for agile project management at HTW Berlin, she shares her knowledge with design students. Her enthusiasm for outstanding customer experiences makes her an accomplished consultant for the optimization of customer service processes and innovative service concepts.
