With a background in Information Design (HdM Stuttgart) and Exhibition Design (FH Düsseldorf), Simone Kapeller has worked across leading agencies and institutions. After positions as Designer and Art Director at Jung von Matt/relations in Cologne and BLACKSPACE in Munich, she became Creative Director at hartmannvonsiebenthal in Berlin and later held the same role at familie redlich. Since joining Ravensburger Verlag GmbH in 2021, she has led the design team as Head of Design and, as of 2023, serves as Creative Director Brand at Ravensburger AG. Alongside her practice, she taught spatial design in business communication at HTW Berlin for several years.
