Tim Heiler is an experienced workshop facilitator and expert in design practice and interdisciplinary product development. For over 20 years, he has supported teams through innovation and transformation processes — using unique formats that foster dialogue, shared understanding, and lasting impact. His workshops are interactive, hands-on, and focused on driving meaningful change within teams and organizations.

As a lecturer at institutions such as IU International University and Media University Berlin, he teaches human-centered product development and interdisciplinary design. His academic engagements have also included the HfG Offenbach, HTW Hamburg, and FH Augsburg.

Tim writes and designs for renowned international publishers like O’Reilly (USA) and BIS Publishers (Netherlands), including the card set Instant Innovation Cards. His work has been recognized with awards from the German Design Award, the Art Directors Club, and D&AD.
