Sebastian Löwe is Director of UX Design at Virtual Identity (VI), where he guides a UX design team dedicated to crafting thoughtful digital experiences for clients including Siemens, Roche, and Union Investment. With a passion for the intersection of design and emerging technology, Sebastian brings deep expertise in AI-driven design—work that led him to co-found the Designing with Artificial Intelligence conference and co-author the book “Design und künstliche Intelligenz.”

Before joining VI, Sebastian spent several years in academia, teaching and researching design management and visual communication in Berlin. His academic journey spans media studies and media arts, culminating in a Ph.D. from the University of Halle-Wittenberg. Sebastian is committed to helping teams explore new possibilities and create user experiences that matter.
