Prof Dr Carolin Zeller is a director at von Beust & Coll.

She is a renowned expert for political strategy development and positioning and has helped associations and companies for many years now in developing and overhauling their political representation of interests at state, national and European levels. She advises decision-makers on how to conduct talks, negotiate positions and develop political narratives, and works with the relevant teams to develop integrated advocacy strategies and organisational guidelines.

Prof. Dr Carolin Zeller studied Political Science, Economics and Public Law in Bonn, Germany, and London and Essex, England, and did her PhD at the University of Potsdam, Germany. Between 2016 and 2025, she held a professorship at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin and, as a passionate university lecturer, was involved in a wide range of training and further education programmes.
