Daniele Lauriola

institut fĂĽr zukĂĽnfte / soft systems agents

master class

Daniele Lauriola is a transformation designer, artist, and researcher working at the intersection of design, art, organisational development, and transdisciplinary futures thinking. With a critical and experimental approach, he explores how new spaces for thought emerge — and with them, new possibilities for action.

As founder of the NGO institut für zukünfte and initiator of soft systems agents, he develops participatory formats that foster adaptive mindsets, eco-social transformation, and metamodern ways of knowing. His work spans multinational corporations, cultural institutions, NGOs, and grassroots collectives — always with an emphasis on multi-perspectivity, care, holding contradictions, and creating points of contact between worlds that rarely meet, as well as cultivating spaces where complexity can be embraced.

Daniele moves fluidly between theory and practice, acting in multiple roles — designing, intervening, mediating, and facilitating — to challenge existing systems and initiate transformative processes. He also teaches yoga and meditation, integrating somatic awareness into learning processes to connect systemic change with personal transformation.
