I am passionate about what design can deliver for businesses, governments and communities. My main professional interests are in developing, implementing and evaluating government policies, services and programmes using design. I have supported governments around the world to integrate design into their ways of working, implement agile service design sprints, develop design action plans, launch innovation labs, embed design into business support programmes and infuse circular design principles into strategies.
