Is the way we learn outdated? It’s a question worth asking in an era of constant change. At FORM / FUTURE, we’re excited to welcome Julia Kostial, Managing Director of the Stiftung Deutsches Design Museum. Through nationwide school programmes and creative workshops, she empowers young people to tackle challenges from sustainability to AI – using design thinking as a practical toolbox for problem-solving.

In her keynote, Julia explores how the mindset of design – iteration, experimentation, and creation – can be woven into education and carried forward through entire career journeys. In a future where few of us will stay in a single role for decades, the ability to adapt, learn, and reinvent ourselves will be as vital for employees as it is for students. Julia invites us to imagine an education and work culture that nurtures agility, creativity, and resilience – from the classroom to the workplace – preparing all of us for a lifetime of transformation.
