Designing for – and with – Agentic AI for Design Leaders

September 12 @ 09:00 - 10:00
Virtual Identity – Sebastian Löwe

Master-Class (EN) – please register for participation at mail@formfuture.berlin

As AI agents rapidly move from novelty to necessity, our relationship with digital interfaces is undergoing a profound transformation. With OpenAI’s Agent Mode and similar breakthroughs, both individuals and teams can now automate complex workflows that once demanded manual navigation and endless clicking. This shift signals the dawn of Agentic UX—where intent, delegation, and orchestration replace traditional point-and-click paradigms. For designers, marketers, and adjacent fields, this raises urgent questions: What does it mean to design for agent-mediated experiences, enabling agents to serve and act on our behalf? How is this fundamentally different from designing and working with agents and agent teams as collaborators within our organizations? And most provocatively: What happens when agent teams collaborate with human teams?

In this Masterclass, we’ll dissect these evolving roles—clarifying the distinction between crafting experiences for autonomous agents and integrating agentic systems into real-world workflows. Drawing from real-world projects and hackathon learnings, we’ll present concrete use cases—showcasing how agent teams can enable feats like real-time content creation and large-scale user engagement. We’ll also address the practical and cultural challenges of bringing agentic systems into existing teams, sharing strategies for successful adoption and collaboration. Join us to explore how to retool your practice and mindset for a future driven less by clicks, and more by collaboration with autonomous agents.
